Terms of Use

ExitPack is a productized financial packaging service operated by FirmLedge LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern use of this website and any request, intake, or purchase of ExitPack services.

1. What the service is

ExitPack provides packaging, standardization, and presentation support for seller-provided financial information in transaction-preparation contexts. Deliverables may include an external share pack and an internal working workbook.

2. What the service is not

ExitPack is not an audit, review, attestation, quality of earnings engagement, bookkeeping service, tax service, legal service, or accounting reconstruction engagement. We do not provide assurance or certification of financial statements or underlying records.

3. Client responsibility for materials

You represent that you have the right to share any files, data, and materials submitted to us. You remain responsible for the completeness, accuracy, and legality of materials provided.

4. Scope boundaries

We may decline, narrow scope, pause, or requote work where files are incomplete, balance sheet support is missing or incoherent, multi-entity complexity exceeds standard scope, reliance or certification is requested, or the work would require accounting rebuild rather than packaging.

5. Turnaround

Standard turnaround is 2 business days after complete inputs are received and scope is confirmed. Timing estimates are not guaranteed until we confirm fit and file readiness.

6. Fees and payment

Fees, add-ons, deposits, and payment timing will be communicated at intake, checkout, proposal, invoice, or other written confirmation. Work may be delayed or withheld if required payment is not received.

7. Confidentiality

We treat submitted materials as confidential and use them only to evaluate, prepare, deliver, support, and improve the service, subject to our Privacy Policy and any separate NDA or written agreement actually executed.

8. No third-party reliance

Deliverables are prepared for the requesting client's internal evaluation and transaction-preparation use only. They are not intended to create reliance by any third party, including buyers, lenders, investors, or counterparties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the website or services will not exceed the amount actually paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this website.
